4 ingredient no bake chocolate peanut butter banana bites
Your kids will love helping to make these protein packed, lower sugar after-school* or anytime snacks! There is only 4 simple ingredients in them and no need to bake them.
This is a great way to introduce dark chocolate to children as well. The sweetness of the banana helps to hide the slightly more bitter tasting chocolate. And the protein from the peanut butter and the seeds help to slow down the sugar release in the chocolate which will help to prevent that sugar crash.
And finally …the last benefit of these tasty snacks is that they’re really filling for little tummies. Oh..and they’re dead easy to make. Check out the full recipe below!
*They contain nuts so not for the lunch boxes if your school is nut-free.
