Chia Seed Jam

Chia seed jam is a favourite in this house - it is so quick and easy to make. Chia seed jam is a great alternative to shop bought jams as it is lower in sugar and packed full or protein from the chia seeds!

You can use chia seed jam in so many ways :

  • as a topping for porridge

  • like any jam on your bread or toast

  • with yoghurt

  • as a topping for ice cream

  • on top of pancakes
