EASY SNACKS FOR KIDS - BONKERS-EASY BANANA SUSHI
Ingredients
- For 1 or 2 children
- 1 wholemeal wrap (we always use Fitzgeralds)
- 1/2 tbsp 100% natural peanut butter smooth or crunchy (we love Kelkin or Harry’s Nut Butters)
- 1 banana
Instructions
How to make banana sushi
- Lay your wholemeal wrap flat on a chopping baord
- Spread it with lots of peanut butter
- Place the banana at one side of the wrap - straighten it out a bit - it might break but that’s ok
- Roll it up in the wrap as tight as you can.
- Slice it into 6/8 slices so that it looks like sushi.
- For added fun - eat it with chopsticks!
To customise :
use cream cheese instead of peanut butter
use strawberries instead of banana
add seeds, chopped nuts, chocolate chips to the wrap before rolling
