Greeky Fruit Yoghurt

This is really easy to make. Try different fruits and nuts to change it up each time.

The kids will love making it and customising it to their own fruit yoghurt! Taken from our children’s cookbook Chop, Cook, Yum

Greeky Fruit Yoghurt

Ingredients

Stuff you’ll need:
  • chopping board
  • child-safe knife
  • measuring spoons
  • small bowl
  • fancy bowls to serve
Food you’ll need:
  • fresh fruit like apple, orange, pear, berries, bananas, pineapple, kiwi and melon (about 1 cup per person)
  • 2-3 tbsp Greek Yoghurt
  • 2 tsp honey
  • toasted flaked almonds or chopped nuts of choice

Instructions

How to make it:
  1. Chop all the fruit into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Mix the yoghurt and honey in a small bowl.
  3. Divide the fruit between the bowls
  4. Top with honey and yoghurt mixture and sprinkle some toasted nuts on top - delicious!
