Waterford Tuna Blaa - lunchbox winner
Here’s a simple lunchbox filler that the kids will love.
This sandwich is made with protein-packed tuna (we love Shine’s tuna). This is Chuck’s favourite lunch by a country mile! And I love it because tuna is not only full of protein, it’s packed full of omega 3 fatty acids. as well.
What’s a ‘blaa’ you might ask? A blaa is a doughy white bread roll native to Waterford in the south of Ireland. If you don’t have a blaa, use any bread you like!
This recipe is taken from my kids cookbook, Chop, Cook, Yum
