The protein comes from the peanut butter and the milk. The banana adds sweetness. And the cacao adds a lovely chocolately flavour as well as being high in vitamins and minerals. We love our local cacao supplier, Nibbedcacao.

Stuff you’ll need:
measuring cups and spoon
blender

chopping board
child safe knife
Food you’ll need:
1 banana
2 tblsp cacao powder
1 tblsp peanut butter
1 cup milk
How to make it:
Blend everything in your blender.
Pop into your ice pop molds and freeze overnight.
